very new and beautifull hotel, spacious and clean room, just few speps from the ocean, very friendly and helpful stuff. A bit far from the airport but stuff helped to arrange transfer to us in advance. Super nice place to stay for couple of nights and great beggining of the trip, highly reccomended!

Loved the sea view from balcony . We really enjoyed the clean and nice pool. The rooms were very specios and tidy. Roy and Cinthi provided delicious great food for us. We had a great and relaxing stay there.

Near beach, 100meter. Friendly personal, boss extremely flexible and helpful regarding our early arrival and late departure. Aircondition/fan/refrigerator working, which we have experienced don’t work properly other places, with higher star ranking than here. Wi-Fi working perfekt, also in whole pool area. Silent by night, good for sleeping.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at NILAWIN. There are many new things added. Brand new swimming pool with 100% natural environment (surrounding) which I have seen only in luxury resorts in Barli. Food is really good specially authentic Sri Lankan. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Compared to room rates in Sri Lanka NILAWIN is the only place where I can recommend as value for money( because hotels in Sri Lanka are much expensive) NILAWIN is the only place where you can enjoy your stay in chilaw area with such a calm and relaxing environment.

Basic place with a view over the water for a cheap one night stay. Food was good and they let us drink a few beers that we bought down the street offering to keep them cold in the kitchen. Overall nice stay with very friendly staff.

    You can watch a beautiful sunset from Iranawila beach.

    You can watch a beautiful sunset from Iranawila beach. Roof top of the hotel was the best place to view the sunset. Iranawila is a bit quite place. Therefore you need to either take a cycle ride (free service from the hotel) or book a vehicle to move around. Next time, I need to stay more time and use this hotel as a base to travel to tourist attractions in the middle of the country.
