We loved our stay there. We felt like home. Noi and her staff were so nice and professional. She manage everything with such an elegance. We really appreciated her help to organize our tours.The whole building was excellent, very clean swimming pool. Every room is associated to a flower and smells so good!!Breakfast was excellent with high quality food.

I had a truly memorable first night at this homestay in Laos. From the moment I arrived, the owner made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and humble demeanor. They graciously invited me to join them for dinner, which was not only delicious but also a great way to experience local hospitality. Their assistance didn’t stop there—they went out of their way to help me find nearby food options and money exchange centers, making my stay much easier and more enjoyable. What stood out most was their empathy and understanding. When I mentioned I was short on cash, they kindly offered a discount, showing their genuine care for guests. This kind of thoughtful and accommodating service is rare and deeply appreciated, especially for someone visiting for the first time. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone new to Laos; it’s a fantastic place to experience the warmth and generosity of Laotian culture.

The hotel was a great deal for the price. The breakfast was excellent… lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to town… we used the roof top pool everyday. It was modern, clean and spacious with great staff. One of the best deals for a hotel we have had. We really liked this hotel.

Clearly a 4-star hotel from the appearance and staff behaviour. Lovely room overlooking Mekong. Nice swimming pool. And so cheap for a 4*. We just paid nearly double per night for a 2* on Don Khone.

I didn't expect to find such a clean room and such friendly staff at this price point. This is definitely one of the accommodations I would recommend. It offers a beautiful view, including a seating area where you can watch the sunset. Overall, I was very impressed.

A newly refurbished hotel and very well restored. Staff are absolutely lovely, very happy and keen to help. I have visited Pakse many times and, in my opinion, the best hotel I have stayed in in Pakse.

Perfect location of the hotel at the main road in the city. It is very close to the central Pakse market and in a walking distance from the new supermarket. I really liked the size of my room. Everything was nicely clean and spacius. Also there was no noice or any other distractions. We even had a lounge area with a large sofa to sit on. Bathroom is also large. I enjoyed a walk-in shower with strong shower head - something that is still not a standard in SE Asia. I also liked the services that the front desk provided and their friendliness. They organised a motorbike rental and they took us to the bus station when we were leaving. Accepting credit cards was like a cherry on top!

    I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. The local people are very nice and helpful. The local food was delicious, and the environment was a relaxing atmosphere. If you get lost any local would help you with directions or even take you to your destination. Pakse had many Buddhist monuments that you can walk into and explore and take pictures. Wonderful little city would like to come again.

    I loved the zipline over the Tad Fane Waterfall.

    I loved the zipline over the Tad Fane Waterfall. It was definitely worth the money. The waterfalls are a bit far away from each other on the loop. The sunset from the Buddha on the hill or from the side of the Mekong river is just magical.

    Pakse is probably one of the most beautiful places with...

    Pakse is probably one of the most beautiful places with really incredible people. We rented a bike, it was safe for us there are not many cars on the road and the ones on scooter drive safely. We rented the scooter via the hotel, drove the waterfalls and all around Paske.The have a great market, really good . restaurants

    Pakse is a small, dirty town without a clear center.

    Pakse is a small, dirty town without a clear center. Few good restaurants, and few people speak English. You have to have a scooter to get anywhere. There are interesting places in the area but not many of them are properly developed. Rather, their best years are behind them. On my next visit to Pakse would like to avoid Pakse city.

    Unfortunately I was only in Pakse for 1 night. The city has lots to do and lots to offer, however isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing. Many come here to do the Pakse loop which is supposed to be great.

    This guesthouse is so absolutely great! Tina the owner is soooo nice! She will go 10000 extra miles to make your stay incredible! The room is very clean and nice! It’s fantastic to eat dinner with the family (Lao style) and you can also ask for breakfast! If you are a luxury hotel type, don’t go here! This is the real life and this lovely Famliy only needs the people who appreciate this! So go for Tina and Heaven guesthouse! Give her full star 🌟 on booking!!!!! She deserve 10 stars!     Property is just off the Main Street in Pakse, ideally situated from the bus station and restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Property was in good condition and typical for a cheap Lao guesthouse. The lady on reception spoke fantastic English, was very helpful and arranged transport to Pakse Airport for me for an extremely cheap price. For 215,000 Kip or $7 you can’t fault it.

    Very friendly, helped organise a mini bus trip up to Wat Phou Salao at short notice. Good breakfast, did not try the pool. Rooms are fine, bed was comfortable. Mini bus pick up from the airport worked well. Excellent value for money. The hotel provides a mini bus shuttle into town in the evening.

    The hotel was down by the riverside, which was nice.The staff were very helpful with getting us taxi's and also scooter rental. Great rooftop view. The rooms were really clean and we were delighted that we could watch English Premier League football on the TV in our room which we hadn't had anywhere else in Laos.
