Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. The hotel was amazing. The entrance hall was superb, very chic and cozy. Everything was super modern, and the room was pretty good too. The bathroom was gorgeous, with automated toiled and a nice bath tub. The hotel location was great, close to several stores and restaurants. Public transport was also available and the bus stops were in a walking distance. Excellent hotel! I would totally come back, and I recommend to other guests visiting Jeju City.

This place was really comfortable, and even bigger than expected. The location is also great: it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and taxis are easy to get with the Kakao Taxi app. The area is very calm, surrounded by fields and a couple of other resorts. There's a GS25 right down the street. The room was clean and super comfortable. We had a balcony with a sea view, and you can actually see the sunrise from the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here!
