It is wonderful , one of the best Hotels I have been so far. Very comfortable room with a dryer machine, very comfortable beds, quiet rooms. The staff is helpful and very kind. Location is perfect. A wow experience :) We loved it. I can highly recommend.

Very accessible, it's new, well furnished and gym & swimming pool facilities are complete. I love the ocean view and I could do my leisure run along the coast in the morning. There is complimentary American at the hotel's Cafe - Waveless and the Cafe overlooked the ocean and also offered some beautiful cakes.

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Very good hotel for the price. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of local and western options as well as eggs made to order. The staff was very helpful and it was an added benefit that they offered a free airport shuttle. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well as an (somewhat limited) shopping street. All in all, great base for exploring Jeju.

Rooms are spacious and clean. It is very near eateries and we don’t need to travel far to try black pork, it was just about 100m walk from the hotel. Nice to CU and GS25 are both very near. We also get to try bb.q chicken famous from Crash Landing on You Series as it was just around the corner. We don’t speak korean but the staff are accommodating enough to communicate with us while we use google translate. It’s really a great stay!
