The hotel located is just perfect, close to anything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly👌🏼The facilities were great, we got a free room upgrade because our previous room wasn’t available. The room itself has really nice design, my boyfriend really love the bathroom lmao. The breakfast was really good too! It was Korean food and a little bit western food on the side.

This is my 3rd time in Busan and this is already the best accommodation. The location is convenient, the view is beautiful, service and facilities are amazing. Elliy is prompt to reply and go extra mile to make sure that my friend and I are comfortable. The Hotel is very close to the Airport. There is miscommunication in my booking and the lady at the check in counter is very nice and helpful. She solve my problem within 5 minutes. She's very fluent in English so I feel like no problem at all when checked in.. the room is very big and beaitiful and clean.. the bathroom also spacious.. very comfortable.. the breakfast is very delicious and there is a free shuttle van to send you to airport if your have a very early morning flight.. I really recommended this hotel.
