It is a very comfortable and clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very good location in the middle of the most lively part of the city and main shopping area with lots of restaurants. The service by the staff: the reception, dining hall and cleaning staff was exceptional. They were very helpful. They oriented me to their hotel and the available facilities (spa chair, tumble dryer etc) and how I could use them. They even helped me with booking a train and taxi back to Seoul.
