Easily one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Amazing views of Seoul all the way to Lotte Tower. The Grand Reception is also exactly what it says on the tin. Open space and yet private and comfortable. Beautifully designed. The concierge was also lovely (Juhe-Han) and all the staff helped me in any way they could.

I liked the fact that it was located in the market area & was only a 10 minute walk to the train station. Check-out was at 12 p.m., which is quite late & was really handy, plus I could leave my suitcase at the reception until after 2 p.m. Spacious bathroom, comfy bed, clean, & quiet.

The hotel staff is extremly kind, welcoming and helpful. :))) My whole stay was all above the expectation. 10/10. The room was clean, had a view for the bustling Seoul and even the Namsan Tower was visible from the window. From the hotel there is good access to public transport. Only couple of steps to bus stations with them easily reach Gangnam Station, Lotte Tower, metro lines or Apgujeong luxury rodeo. Convenient stores (7 eleven, G25) in 2 minutes distance by walk, also restaurants nearby (Chinese, Korean etc). I will definitely come back. ~~^^

- super convinent location; steps away from a major metro line and walking distance from COEX mall - the staff was super helpful and the hotel has clear signage everywhere if you need assistance - the room itself was amazing, lqrge enough for two people to spend time and not feel like they were in each other's pockets. We got a room on the 26th floor overlooking the city, the view was great! The room itself provided all the amenities we needed, it was very comfortable. There was a free water (any temperature!) and ice dispenser right next to our room. That being said, probably my favorite thing about the room was the signature coffee provided in drip bags with the pouring kettle - I wish that was the case in every hotel! Also, the laundry room available for guests to use (relatively fair priced as well!) was a great convenience, as we stayed at the hotel at the end of our trip.
