A wonderful city full of mountains if you like climbing this will be great for you and the nightlife is not bad and the people speak Russian and are closer to Russian culture this applies to the young generation I was studying medicine in this city for a year and the experience was wonderful and life is not expensive you can live like a king for 400 dollars including everything like an apartment for a month and food and bills and outings . From my experience, I recommend Fratelli Restaurant. It is an Italian-style restaurant and the only one that is open 24 hours. Thali the owner was incredibly friendly and it was great talking with him — he was super helpful with everything we needed. The house is very nice and located in an interesting part of Osh, with lots of good restaurants and cafés nearby, which we really appreciated. He even prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual because we had an early morning flight, which was very kind.
