We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful, the rooms were so new, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were great and we appreciate that they were included. Having the train station nearby was excellent too. We are very pleased! Thank you very much!

There is a free shuttle bus going from and to Narita Airport which makes arriving tot he hotel way more easy. The self check-in and check out are also really simple and fast. The breakfast is also good. I enjoy going there each time I have been there.
