This hotel was one of the best for sure. I went with my mom, dad, sis, my husband and my son. We stayed at the two bedrooms apartment and it had everything a family would ask for (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The staffs were friendly and very helpful as well. Bonus point- my room had a laundry machine and you could ask for a pack of detergent at the front desk

Amazing host was soooo accomodating! Couldn’t ask for more. Perfect location just outside of the chaos of Ikebukuro but only a 10 minute walk to the station. Fantasticly clean and very well equipped. Washing powder, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc were all provided!!

The room was clean and cozy, had a safe box, mineral water was provided. The toilet was what we liked most, it’s bigger than the other hotels we stayed at. It has a standing shower place which has a separate door with the toilet seat, which also has a door separating it from the sink area. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at, Akabane Holic was the most comfortable stay for us. Additionally, It was very near to the station - around 3 minutes walk only.

    We stayed in Wako only as a stepping stone to visit Kawagoe. This city is where the very old Japanese structures still remain. The streets are lined with restaurants and small shops and filled with tourists. A lot of the tourists were wandering about in Japanese kimonos which are available for rent at many rental places.
