The hotel is a cultural experience! Everything was perfect. The onsen was magnificent, the food was so diverse and of local products, and the tatami room was beautiful. They even offered a pepper spray against bears for my hike. To be honest, I can't share the opinion of the others that the hotel is too expensive. The Onsen was spaceous enough, clean facilities and you can also go for 500 yen private Onsen. The hotel has microwave, tea and water dispensers, shared bathrooms were clean and not crowded.
