The location was very good- close enough to a subway station that it was not too bad to walk to, even in July heat. The room was big enough, especially when travelling alone, and had good air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with great location, 5-8 minutes to Shin-Osaka Station (JR lines, Shinkansen, Midōsuji Metro Line) Front desk was super helpful. Room was not so spacious, but had a fantastic view, and was comfortable. Bathroom is great. Absolutely recommended.
