The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

We love everything! Located at the station and on top of a shopping mall, very convenient. Everything was so clean and tidy. We love the toiletries. The lounge was really nice, too, since we had to wait for our train after checking out. There’s coin laundry which helped us a lot since we were traveling for a while. The staffs are able to speak multiples languages so that is a plus.

I had a great stay at 9C. You get your own private room with bunk beds and a desk, which made for a really comfortable experience. I slept so well here! Everything was clean, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and their custom map of Asahikawa is incredibly helpful—I’d definitely recommend downloading it for all their local recommendations. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Asahikawa!

The room was spacious and very clean! Also, the position of the hotel is excellent, because is literally on the side of Asahikawa station and the buses for Asahikawa airport and Sapporo stop in front of the hotel entrance. Plus, on the other side of the street there is a big shopping mall with everything you can need (there is a cinema too). However, even if my room had the window on the main street, it was very quiet! Also, the receptionists were very kind and professional!
