The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

Kind staff, very good bath. Free ramen at night (did not try though). Free coffee at reception. No extra charge for our delayed morning return to pack& checkout, but instead staff nicely gathered our belongings - great thanks!
