The person at the reception was very kind and friendly. Everything was new and super clean, I really enjoyed the wooden interior, so warm and cozy. The food was really fresh and delicious, I would love to go back one day ❤️

Recently opened and everything was great, sauna in the room, clean, spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff and manager made time for a chat, were very friendly and explained a lot about Miyazu, the hotel. Love the property, gave us a lot inspiration how to decorate our new home. We felt zen in this hotel. I stayed the first night in a ryokan, and regretted I didn’t book both nights at this hotel. We would love to stay longer and definitely book this hotel next time.

Exquisite location on the water with great views and well designed to optimize the views. Loved the washi paper on the walls, the bed was extra comfortable and the rooms were sizable. The bathroom was nice with a deep tub facing the water.

    Miyazu which includes Amanohashidate, is one of three natural sites in Japan. The land bridge spans across the sea is fun to view from the observation points (on both sides) and you can actually bike (20 minutes) or walk (50 minutes) one way across. A small town with lots of charm and beauty.

    Clearly one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. Very cute traditional Japanese rooms and beautiful views, big rooms, nice onsen, that I could use after hours because of my tattoos (They’re very agreeable). Close to Ine fishing village, the téléphérique and Amanohashidate! Also the staff is literally the nicest people on earth!

    The room is quite comfy and the hostel is near the one end of Amanohashidate where you can get on the ferry or rent a bicycle to get to the other end. There are both Western-style and Japanese-style toilets, as well as shower for those who do not fancy joining the public bath. Probably best suitable for a group of friends.
