Fantastic facility, amazing traditional Japanese spa (onsen) included, great restaurant, great room, very clean and comfortable, could control own room temperature, didn't have time to use pool, sauna, tennis courts, sports bar. This place is great. Also out in nice quiet rural area with convenient shuttles to airport and Tokyo station.

There is a free shuttle bus going from and to Narita Airport which makes arriving tot he hotel way more easy. The self check-in and check out are also really simple and fast. The breakfast is also good. I enjoy going there each time I have been there.

As asked, they put a baby crib in the room before our arrival. The breakfast buffet is really good. The convinient store in the building is really usefull. There is a free shuttle to go in Narita downtown if you have extra time.
