the wonderful Staff member when we checked in on the first night. She was very friendly and answered all our questions even we do not speak Japanese at all. She tried her best to accommodate our stay and it was very pleasant for us. Morning staff member was very kind and helpful to explain the breakfast, which is included in hotel fee. Very welcoming atmosphere and kind staff member. this was for our guests to stay in our area.

The owners were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The facility is a former Geisha School which was very interesting; the place is very well maintained and very cozy while also keeping the Japanese traditional spirit. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant has an Argentinian-inspired menu. Everything was wonderful. The owners also offered a free service of electric bicycles which came in handy when exploring the city. The location was good, close to the main street and Kiryu station. If you want to experience a pleasant stay at a Japanese-Argentinian-style place, this is definitely the perfect choice!

I like the environment around the hotel and also the room facilities, it is clean and user friendly. The toilet and bathrooms are superb. It offers parking lot just opposite to the hotel and it is very easy to find the hotel. We enjoy our stay very much.

1) Amazing staff, they are polite and friendly despite most of them not English speaking but will do their best to connect with their guests. Room is clean and functional. Good for a short stay for a solo traveller. Coffee machine available at reception!
