We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

the location was fantastic - a three minute walk from where the airport limousine bus stops and two minutes from both Osaka station and Osaka Umeda station. The room, although quite small, was perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean and quiet. Great cityscape view from the 32nd floor. Breakfast was amazing - but be sure to get there before 10 as they take everything away at 10 on the dot!!
