Everything was great! Kentaro was very very helpfull. He was in touch with us all the time, wrote the ferry schedule in advance, asked about food preferences. I was travelling with a friend and we got the address wrong, Kentaro also helped us to find a solution. We were able to cook in the kitchen, also we ordered breakfast and dinner which were very tasty. We had a room with a beautiful sea view. Some of the art facilities were closed but we looked at the ones that were available. Kentaro and his family were so friendly that I want to come back again.

The location is great, as it is close to both the port and the station, and there is a convenience store next door. The breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious, so I highly recommend it. We paid a bit extra for a larger room & it was very spacious, as was the en-suite. The bedroom & bathroom were a little dated, but very good quality fittings. The bedroom window actually opened, which was welcome. The biggest positive for this hotel was the delicious (& regional options) at breakfast, plus the two ladies who run the show in the breakfast room. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed their banter & good humour. We hope the management realise their worth! Oh, and the location is fabulous, too. Less than a minute from all the arcades, with easy access to Ritsurin Gardens, ferry port & JR Station. We would stay again if coming back to Takamatsu.
