The team managing this property is very responsive and helpful. We were in Aomori during the Nebuta Festival and we appreciated that they offered tickets for getting great seats for the festival and we had a wonderful time!

Absolutely loved the public bath on the rooftop. It was so refreshing to have part of it outside and an actual ice cold bath. Cute to have the peepholes with shutters so you could look outside while no one could look inside. The inside bath made my skin supersmooth. Nice dry sauna. Cool idea to have shower baskets with shampoo and conditioner for specific hairtypes to choose from. There was also a magnificent massage chair 👌 the extras like ice cream and free ramen were also appreciated. Loved how they decorated it with traditional Aomori Nebuta made by a local famous artist. They had tourist information on their tv which was really helpful. Room was small but everything was there, even space to hang your clothes to dry after washing them for free. Breakfast was abundant and well taken care of with a lot of diversity. Staff were all very helpful and kind. The apple juice was delicious ❤️ This hotel is worth going to Aomori for!

All stuff were super nice. Room was very spacious and bed was so comfortable. Everything was way over our expectations. And the breakfast buffet was amazing!! I would like to come back to this hotel in the future again!!
