Mars Garden Wood Gotemba is a convention hotel, great for weddings and Outlet shoppers. Rooms are really large, onsen spa is clean and spacious, beautiful garden where you can feed the Koi fish and enjoy nightly musical fountain show and the Japanese breakfast was excellent. Staff were very courteous and attentive. Its location is close to outlet, entertainment and restaurants. Exceptional place to stay even for a night.

Toyoko inn Gotemba Ekimae is a lovely budget business hotel located just outside the Gotemba station . The quaint hotel provides compact rooms with a working table and a small bathroom. The breakfast spread is not elaborate but provides for a sufficient morning meal . There is a coffee maker in the lobby where u can have coffee any time . There is ice vending machine and a microwave for use in the lobby . Also located are coin operated washing machines . There are free shuttle buses available for the Gotemba outlets which makes it convincing for those using this as a base fo shopping . Being located outside the station , all public transport is available at a 100 distance . Buses towards Kawaguchiko and Hakone run frequently from here It is a clean and well kept hotel with friendly staff I would surely recommend this place .

Genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed, the view of mt Fuji was incredible. Being able to see me fuji from bed. The food from the bbq was varied, high quality and a good amount. Breakfast was also delicious. The hot baths were great and the staff were very helpful and explained everything via google translate.
