The staff here were very friendly and helpful, one of them recommended a bathhouse about 10 mins walk away from the hotel which was MUCH BETTER than the bathhouse in the main tourist attraction area. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the beds were so soft. I would highly recommend this place to others

The hotel is really close to the train station, a 1-min-walk. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being welcome to leave our luggage before checking in. This gave us the time to visit the 7 hells of Beppu the same day. In addition the staff was really accommodating. A definite plus is the onsen in the hotel. After a long day a quick soak is highly enjoyed. In the lobby you can pick a pillow to your liking and several cosmetics (face masks, hair treatments, etc.) for your own spa moment.
