Excellent hotel. We arrived late at night after the reception was closed. They had arranged us access to the hotel and to our room. Very good bed and EXCELLENT breakfast. Their cappucino was best I had during our vacation in Dolomites.

The stay was wonderful. An old hotel in a modern version. The room was very clean and well-kept. Late arrival possible (we arrived after midnight). Mr. Matteo from the reception helped us with our luggage, told us about the hotel and the area. We needed a place for the car, there was no space outside, but it is possible to book an underground garage. The breakfasts were wonderful, a large selection of salty and sweet breakfasts (including a lot of fruit). At the farewell we got a jar with a sweet delicacy. Location is green and beautiful. I would gladly come back here. The hotel staff was smiling and helpful, which is a huge plus. I think they like their job :)

    I appreciated food's high quality, the attention given to special children requests and the overall hotel cleaning. Moreover, you could spend an entire day inside the hotel enjoying the several activities/services provided (which is great if the weather is bad). The short distance to Trento and its attractions (MUSE, for instance) is an added value.

    Great location and views from the room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was top notch. (Non of the US hotels including upscale ones we stayed at, would come anywhere close to the breakfast quality and variety. It's a shocking contrast). The interior of the hotel had several very cool areas. Well designed interior of hotel hallways and common areas. It was a little challenging to navigate through at the begining - to find the room, etc. But after a while we've learned our ways around.

    The ski room has modern equipment for drying each guest's ski boots, so every morning starts very pleasantly, putting on warm and dry ski boots. Very pleasant, fast and professional communication with the hotel, who answered all our questions in advance. Daily friendly, cozy and homely atmosphere around the fireplace. Absolutely professional reception/hotel management.

    Hotel Dolomiti was closed for renovation work so we were booked into the Hotel Alpine a short distance away. The Hotel Alpine was just short of excellent and would book there when travelling again.
