Around the villa a lot of activities like hiking, you may to feed donkeys, horses or just relax at the swimming pool. They are dog friendly. I felt like at home in the country side. While the drive to he property was a little daunting, what a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Our own apartment in such peaceful and natural forrested surroundings. Even fireflies in the evening! Stefano presented us each morning with a superb breakfast of local produce....... something different each morning. Stefano is also great if you need any information. Stefano and Natalia are the perfect hosts.

Manuella is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a bottle of beer each, sitting in the shade in the garden. Our room was spacious and cool, and we had a very good night's sleep. We had a fantastic dinner made with local produce and washed down with local wine. We even had some of Manuellas home made Sloe Gin. Delicious altogether. Breakfast was another wonderful meal, complete with freshly made scrambled eggs. This was a wonderful stay in an old Italian home as opposed to being in a modern commercial hotel. Very special! Thank you Manuella.
