I wish I could give more stars. The accommodation was absolutely incredible. Designed with great taste and love , located in an old baroque palace in the historical city.There were everything you might need and even more. Marco was a great host, helpful and friendly. He recommended not only reasonable and safe parking , but he sent us to an excellent restaurant nearby. The apartment was absolutely spotless clean. I think it was the best private accommodation we ever had. Highly recommend. By the way, the city with its historical vilas is worth visiting. Thank you Marco for all hospitality

Villa d’Este was amazing and had waterfalls to rival Palace of Versailles. The walk through Villa Gregoriana gardens down the side of the hill to the bottom of the waterfalls was a solid hike and not for the feeble. Definitely take a couple of hours to visit Hadrian’s Villa (aka Villa Adriana) which had amazing historical half crumbling palace and ornamental lake.

Parking at Massimo easy to use and always spaces, underground part as well. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, Taverna Dracula and Mom's fantastic. Best foccaccia ever at cafe near the bridge. Villa D'Este, Hadrians Villa and Hercules temple all on one ticket which lasts 3 days for €30, well worth it.

Went to see the villas Gregoria, Adriana and D'este. I would not recommend Gregoria personally. In a deep valley, hundreds of stairs to climb, waterfall can be seen from one vantage point as can temples. Didnt think worth the time or money. Adriana interesting because of ruins. Three different lenghts of time offered to walk but with 36 degress thought 1.5 hours sufficient. Museum a must. The one villa that I thought superb was Villa D'este from the magnificent rooms and frescoes to the water features it was stunning. Lots of rooms - off rooms so need to look around and explore each part. Unfortunately to really get the best of the garden you need to travel down to the last level to appreciate it. Best to go early morning to avoid heat.

We stayed at Al Catillo and was so close to everything. The restaurants were the best part of Tivoli as there were many to chose from and a great value. Beautiful town with very friendly locals. Everything was close enough to walk and shopping was great.

I liked the area, lively, full of colour, lots of shops and restaurants and cafes. I particularly liked the Villa d'Este. The villa is stunningly beautiful and the gardens are lovely. Tivoli is easy to get around. If you stay near the centre , you cn walk everywhere. There are plenty of good places to eat.

Great location near centre of town but in authentic neighbourhood, very cute apartment with washing machine and being high up had good opportunity to open windows for fresh breeze. Bed comfortable enough. Great response time from owners. Also great restaurant suggestions. Had no issues what do ever and would return if we are back in Tivoli (also a gem of a place).

This extremely comfortable hotel is situated in very pleasant, quiet gardens, and very easy to find. It is walking distance to Villa Adriana and a short drive into Tivoli. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent, and we enjoyed talking with the staff. There was no need to go elsewhere. This is a calm oasis in Tivoli. We will return.

Awesome spot, in centre of Tivoli. close to everything. Rome is too much. You can get there by train to explore, but on the end of the day you want to go back to Tivoli to relax after a day of walking. 400 years older than Rome and tons to explore, plus awesome people. Don't forget to visit Pippo for a sandwich that will blow your mind out.

Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities and a frig available. Room had small deck attached to dry clothing items on a rack. Great supermarket close by. Bus from near tivoli train station stopped 100m away but not clear information given as to which bus or where to catch it from or get off.
