Great location in proximity of airport for those arriving late or leaving early and want to avoid having to travel into central Venice (even more so if not staying in Venice) We arrived very late at night and needed a cheap but comfortable place to stay overnight. Our stay in Tessera was only for proximity to the airport for an early morning flight; we did not have much time there to really explore. We do not recommend the hotel/Inn as it was inconsistent with the description and a disappointment, but we did enjoy our dinner at the nearest restaurant.
