Arrived for cycling trip with friends followed by sightseeing with wife. Francesca was incredibly helpful in advance and throughout our stay, making everyone's holiday really enjoyable. The property is beautiful and location superb. We arrived late and Francesca had kindly arranged food that was perfect and made out stay a pleasure from start to finish. Have great memories of this great hotel.

It's a 10 grade location, not because the building is not a new one, not because some improvements can happen, but a 10 because of the people. People make good things happen and people can mark your vacation in a positive way. The owners are ones of the most hospitable hosts we ever had, the most kind and helpful you can get. The parking had enough spaces, the bike room was safe, the breakfast was enough for our needs, and the room was quiet enough even if we slept with the balcony door open (and we are eager to find quiet rooms, afterall we want to have good sleep during out vacation), and again, the owners are amazing. We'll get back some day. Grazie mille, grazie di tutto ragazzi

We liked everything about this B&B. Our room was exceptional, comfortable bed, large bathroom & delicious breakfast. It’s so nice when you arrive at a B&B and feel as though your parents are welcoming you home for the night. This is exactly how we were treated, a bottle of water handed to us on arrival & a tour of our room and then left to relax and enjoy our private room. Franca and her husband make your stay so relaxing and the breakfast is plentiful. Because you are a short walk into town you can take in the views the smells and all the noises you hear in the country. Thank you for a magical night.

The best place I've stayed in Italy. I would come back just for this. Lorenzo was an amazing host and the place is breathtaking. Every detail of it was thought of. The location could not be better. We fell in love with the town itself and would definitely come back!
