The pool was wonderful. Clean and perfect...albeit cold for the 1st week of May, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The Hotel willingly accommodated a Gluten Free diet for breakfast (fabulous breakfast!) and dinner. Gabriella gave us great service and recommendations for a fabulous restaurant ... Memoranda Food in Corigliano d'Otranto a 12 minute drive. We opted for the largest room and it was wonderful. The location is excellent and would be a good base for exploring the region. We're glad we went!

This hotel is exceptional. We spent 5 weeks in 5 star hotels across Europe and this hotel was by far the best. Service is fantastic - nothing is too much trouble, rooms and hotel are beautiful. A perfect base for day trips to different locations in puglia.

An amazing place! we loved it! the place itself is amazing, the room was spacious, clean and perfect for the four of us. The pool is great, with a lot of surrounding green spaces and the food is just delicious - we had all the lunch and dinner meals at Masseria and it was amazing, and for lunch we could just order it by whatsapp and have it by the pool. The staff is so nice and helpful! The Masseria is also 10/15 min from Lecce and around 25min from the near beaches.

We loved this well-appointed villa, with everything you could need. Absolute tranquility as It is secluded and off the beaten track on the edge of a lovely town. Some amazing restaurant within 5min drive, and the most beautiful beaches within a short drive. The owner was wonderfully welcoming and very helpful during our stay, we can’t say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness. We spent a relaxing two week stay at Masseria Petra and the biggest compliment we can give is that we would love to return again and would recommend it unreservedly.

    We spent five nights at Hotel Grikò and found it was in a great location to explore the area. It was quite central and close ro the motorway which meant we could get to either Gallipoli or Otranto in about half an hour. Lecce was only twenty minutes away, and we were able to do a couple of trips there without too much effort. Our spacious rooms were made up and cleaned everyday and we couldn’t fault the service. We didn’t bother with breakfast, as we preferred to try different places to eat while we were out and about.

    The location is beautiful in the midst of an olive tree field, and the masseria itself is absolutely beautiful. However, it is very remote and there is nothing nearby if you want to eat or visit a supermarket, and they don’t offer any food or drinks at the hotel except for breakfast and lunch. Also, there is only a tiny minibar at the room, so not much storage space if you want to keep some food at the room.

    A wonderful conversion of an old church in the town square. Very high quality materials and design. Sternatia has a decent supermarket and cafes. It's only a short train journey to Lecce but I recommend Galatina: less tourists, wonderful old town and 650 year old frescos in the Basilica of St Catherine. The Basilica is one of the great sights in Europe...you should go!

    Very nice little Hotel. Rooms very comfortable, super clean, with simple décoration. To note that beds are of very good quality. We had a nice terrasse with a wonderful view on the country side. Nice pool. Very nice manager and staff. Open and helpful, you can ask if you need anything else than offered.
