1) Hosts They met us on the arrival day, showed everything, were in a good contact with us, and also gave us an additional umbrella upon request (so for the beach it was possible to have a bag-fridge and 2 umbrellas). In addition, they provided us with fresh drinks (water, pepsi, beer etc) in the fridge, 2 packages of pasta and sause for it (we arrived in the evening and were super hungry, it was very important for us to eat well). 2) Facilities • For sleeping: one sofa for 2 people on the ground floor - quite comfortable with big pillows, on the first floor - bedroom with a double bed and "private" balcony with drying wracks. • Bathrooms: very clean, everything (shower gel, shampoo, soap in great amount) were provided. • Kitchen: very cosy place for cooking. Gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle... Large fridge with freezer. Comfortable! 3) Location Bus stops to Cagliari/Capitana Beach nearby, 600 m to Villasimius bus stop. Supermarket Coop in 5 min by walking. 2 nice seafood restaurants nearby. Quiet neighbourhood, blooming trees, and pleasant smell everywhere. 10 min by walking - 2 small, but nice beaches (Santa Luria and Sant'Elena) with blooming cacti to take pictures. *on the picture: view from the balcony on the first floor.

Hotel staff were impeccably polite, helpful and kind; they always went above and beyond for us. Location was excellent for some of the best beaches in the south east, and Cagliari is a 20min drive in the other direction. Breakfast was fresh (warm bread, freshly-baked croissants, fresh fruit etc). The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless! We were also able to use the sister hotel’s pool for free (a short drive away) which was a lovely bonus.

It was a lovely relaxing week. The property has a great pool. It was very clean. In the restaurant Stefano was a great help as I have coeliac disease and everyday he had gluten free food items for me and they always offered some gluten free pasta or something else either. Michele made great coffees each morning also. Francesca at the front desk was so nice too. The staff everywhere was so nice and friendly, always smiling. We hope to come back in the future. Would recommend it if you want a relaxing week away from everything.

The location is excellent right on the beach, the rooms are clean and also have a beautiful view of the sea, there is a garden with a cosy seating area where you can drink your coffee at the beginning of the morning or evening and the breakfast room is available at all times. the beach is very very beautiful with white sand and clear water, most of the time it is not crowded, Andrea is the host and he is Very nice and will help you find good restaurants or bars in the area and suggest you local dishes to try ;)

    Really enjoyed our stay at in Santa Luria.

    Really enjoyed our stay at in Santa Luria. Nice little shop near the house with everything we needed. Lovely harbour within walking distance with the Victory Bar, we didn't have any food there but it looked nice and the drinks were nice. We went to the L'ArryVo beach bar on numerous occasions. The staff were really friendly and it was a nice walk from the house to the beach.

    Location was close to Cagliari and Su Nuraxi for a couple cultural day trips. Great beaches within 45 minutes drive - Porto Guinco and Cala Sinzias. We wish we had more time to explore southeastern Sardegna as the scenery and beaches were beautiful and clean. Turquoise waters everywhere.
