It was a last minute stopover as we had to change our plans due to the weather, so the location wasn't really important and was fine for us. However we wouldn't have chosen it if we wanted to see Rovigo. On the plus side, they were really helpful and allowed us to park the motorcycle in a garage.

    I was there during Christmas week so most shops, other then...

    I was there during Christmas week so most shops, other then essentials, were closed- I expected that so I felt no disappointment. I was very comfortable walking on my own and I'm now interested to learn more about Rovigo's history, architecture and contemporary art scene. I'll plan to return especially because of its' close proximity to Venice, Bologna and Florence. Rovigo is an attractive get away for those interested in a quiet hub rooted in "older" traditional experiences.

    The hotel is very pretty and it's clear it a unique building with a lot of style. The location is good and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was also very clean. They had parking available for a cheap price.
