Perfect for short or long stay. Excellent hospitality. We reserved Economic Room and we are received free upgrade Superior room. Breakfast excellent. They have fantastic typicly Toscana restaurant with large choice of wine and food. Parking very large ..free and secure. We received plenty information regarding Toscana and what to visit from staff and owner. Amazing Experience.     Great spot to tour Tuscany from. The house was age appropriate for where it is located. Rustic, simple but comfortable. Cooked every meal in, better equipped than most. Outdoor grilling was perfect. The main property is just a short stroll up the road. We did not try the restaurant or use the pool. The nearby town of Rosia had a big grocery store, gas stations, restaurants etc.
