The property is situated in a castle and have a unique view on Umbria region. The rooms are decorated in the castle style and everything is very clean. It is a perfect location especially for the people who pay attention to tje details. It is one of the most beautiful location I stayed in Italy. It is situated perfectly for visit Perugia and Assisi. The host was very frendly and kind and help us with everything and explain a lot of the history of the place. It is the kind of place that you never forget.

Beautiful property, great location, and amazing room. This property is absolutely amazing, and every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. Only a 15-minute walk to Assisi, although uphill the entire city is a hill so that's to be expected. The restaurant on the property is also amazing.

Very helpful and friendly owners. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location close to Perugia airport and away from the busyness of central Assisi was perfect. We would happily stay here again. Fabulous value for money.
