Waking up to the sound of birds chirping and water gently flowing was such a serene experience, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. I honestly don’t have the words to fully express how kind, warm, and welcoming they both were. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Whether you’re planning a day trip to Arezzo, heading to one of Italy’s largest malls for a shopping spree, or simply looking to relax and escape the fast pace of everyday life, this is the perfect place. We stayed at the property whilst on business and it was ideal in terms of location and accommodation offering excellent value. Really liked authentic features, etc but the house offered a lot more in terms of the garden, pool etc and must be perfect for families and groups of friends. Dario, the owner is extremely helpful and friendly.

    This is a books that prides the service they provide.

    This is a books that prides the service they provide. EVERYTHING was 5-star quality! The drive to the property was Florence airport was great—mainly highways and easy roads leading to the property. During our stay, the villa hosted a wine tasting watch was top quality—elegantly done and very informative.

    This is a real gem at 30 minutes from Florence, 38 minutes from Chianti region. We stayed 4 days and everything was amazing, we would have liked to stay longer. The service was outstanding, Manuela, Daniel, Matilde and Gulia (the chef) were always giving their best to make us feel home, attentive and caring. Food was delicious, we were looking forward to being back for having dinner. Breakfast and dinner with gluten free options as we requested. We would have liked to spend time enjoying the pool, terraces and surroundings full of nature. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy

    I would not recommend so much the town of Regello - there...

    I would not recommend so much the town of Regello - there are more beautiful towns in the area - but the region is so interesting. It is characterized by the hills of the Pratomagno where you can hike our bike and the many olive groves at its sides. Excellent vignards you can find as well, not to forget the "Balze" , the typical sandy rocks around which you will find trekking paths. It is a very authentic region south of Florence from were the other important cities as Arezzo and Siena are easily reached.

    Calm, quite, silent. Or as Ialians say: tranquillo :-). If you donot wish noisy, massy beaches, costs, but a fix point to look around in Toscana, then this is your accomodation. Iz is not a standard hotel, more or less it a house of appartments (with a very good rrstaurant). So if you need freedom in time and space, I can suggest it based on our experiments.

    Very nice country side hotel. Perfect for families with children, who are on the road trip and need an overnight place to stay. Kids have plenty of room to run around, there is a swimming pool, where also little ones can play, who cant really swim jet (under supervision of course). Staff is very friendly and dinner was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

    Nice County side House close to village Reggello. /In the heart of Toscana/ Firenze is 30 km far away. There are two big buildings surrounded by green gardens. We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a great time there. The staffs are very nice Especially Manuela was very helpful. You can buy there homemade vines and olive oil.
