Massimo responded to all our requests, for items that we needed. The house we stayed in is nicely furnished and decorated. The TV is good. The pool is ideal for a family with kids, or for dipping into on hot days. The location is ideal for touring the area, both Pisa and Florence are less than an hour away. The staff were friendly and understanding. We booked a room and it was all good for one night. The hotel was only a short walk from the train station which was ideal. The breakfast was included but the one thing that stood out was the coffee, it was the best coffee we had all week, better than any café in Florence.
