Very nice place overlooking a green area. Ther is a beautiful pool (we did not bath as it was not a warm weather during our stay). We had dinner there and it was more than good and with a reasonable price. The owners are friendly and ready to help for any need. Thanks to them

    Pomarance is a small and quiet town, also with history and...

    Pomarance is a small and quiet town, also with history and charm but with no tourism. With people who live there sitting and talking on the street and greeting you when you walk there. Middle week you hear the band rehearsing nearby, delicious. There are a couple of good and cheap pizzerias (L'ultimo Spicchio and Blasi). And a big supermarket, coop, next door.

    Everyone thinks of Siena Volterra, etc as must-see locations and SR222 as a route to go and admire in Tuscany. This place and surroundings have values on their own right comparable to the aforesaid places. It certainly deserves attention, with charming agroturismo places, nestled hidden gems. Unfortunatley if you are after Siena etc it is a good 80 minutes drive from Pomarance because of the winding twisting roads. You first fall in love with these roads then, on the way back after a day of exhausting sightseeing, you wish they had a motorway.

    A beautiful and peaceful place. Spacious and clean apartments. Pet friendly. Large swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. The host Monika will kindly answer all your questions. There is a small restaurant in the village with delicious food. The nearest store is in Pomarance. We spent six unforgettable days here and highly recommend it.

    Great location, close to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and to the sea. Very sweet hosts who are doing all they can for their guests. We did not speak italian but managed it with a translator app and lot of smiles. Room is simple but pleasant, bed is very comfortable. We had a great stay there, grazie!
