Everything ! What a lovely little hotel - like going back in time to kind and friendly people in a clean and comfortable space ; location is also amazing ! Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of fresh food and great coffee too ! There is a beautiful , gentle German shepherd here too 🐶

The welcome from all the staff on arrival was absolutely 100% after a weary journey from Ireland by air and train/taxi… the owner/principal (Bruno) was excellent with plenty of advice and assistance with getting into nearby Passignano sul Trasimeno… we will be forever thankful to Hotel Kursaal for making our stay in Italy very memorable and fulfilling! The most beautiful location. We where attending a family wedding close by and have to say this was an excellent place to stay. The staff are the best we have ever experienced on our travels and we travel a lot!! Need to give a special mention to Valentino who went above and beyond for us, even translating the menu to English for us. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. Highly recommend this place you will have the most amazing stay.

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.
