The apartment is simply perfect, spotless clean, in a very convenient, quiet and pleasant location, just at a few yards from the spa! The owners Antonella and Maurizio are the best hosts you can find! They really want to make your stay as great as possible! My mum and I felt very spoiled and looked after! The guesthouse is even nicer than the photos. The host, Lucia, was very welcoming and nice. It's located in a quiet yet charming part of Tuscany and it's easy to get to from the Pisa airport by car. The room we took was spacious and clean. Bonus points for the breakfast too. The outside garden in the back overlooks the Tuscan views as well and has a nice sitting area to sit and eat. We'll definitely plan to stay there next time we visit the area!

I loved everything about this place. Highly recommended. Very convenient placement - within one hour drive from most Tuscany main attractions. Very clean rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff ;). Good place for vacation with friends or family. Extremely good coffee. (If anyone from staff is reading this - please say hi to Gino from me!).

    Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not...

    Monsummano is an interesting town with a history I do not feel I explored enough.There is a museum and a library that I would have liked to have visted, but I enjoyed walking around and drinking coffees here and there. Only one decent restaurant as far as I could find - the Sotto Grotta in the Piazza Giusta ... but I could cook for myself (once I found the sumpermarket) and all in all it has a lovely feel with pleasing architecture.

    This is a beautifull quiet country home. It is good for families and those who enjoy the countryside. Exploring the breathtaking surounding area. Ideally located between Pisa and Florence with Sienna on the south. Requires a car to stay, ideal for roadtrip to explore Tuscany or stay away from the world and relax in a ideal country setting. The property well kept and clean. Spacious rooms, good bathroom. Friendly host and plenty to explore around in terms of olive grooves, wildlife and history. Kittys included. Would recomend.
