    Monforte d'Alba was a dream.

    Monforte d'Alba was a dream. The town was so sweet and full of incredible restaurants and such nice people. It's pretty steep so wear shoes with good soles if you plan to walk to the top of the town and see the clocktower - which is a must, the view is absolutely worth it! There's a wine shop that has all local Monforte d'Alba wines. I'm still dreaming of the macchiato and brioche con crema normale at the Grappolo d'Oro bar in the piazza. The church was beautiful too!! But really the scenery, fresh air, and countryside stole the show.

    A great little town which we used as a base to explore the...

    A great little town which we used as a base to explore the region. Picturesque traditional village atmosphere with a great restaurant called Felicin which we had dinner at twice as it was that good with amazing views. Also recommend Enoteca Rocca for lunch which was superb.

    If you want to experience this part of the Piemonte region at a location close to the nearby villages La Morra, Barolo & Monteforte d Alba but withheld locals in the middle of the vineyards where everything is produced this is your spot. The staff is so kind to advice you on every matter 👌

    Rita is the perfect hostess - very attentive and helpful. The dogs are also very lovely The view from the pool and terrace is stunning, with good seating options. Located very close to the centre of Barolo area - everything is walkable from the apartment (as long as you can do steep hills!)

    A spacious room with a large terrace and a view of the vineyards. The optional tour through the wine cellar and wine tasting were very nice. The swimming pool was delicious and the restaurant at the hotel was excellent, so delicious and a fantastic view.
