I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Carasse in Mola di Bari, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The owner welcomed us warmly and took the time to share the history of the hotel, the town, and the surrounding area. He really made our stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. The spa area and especially the pool are extraordinary. While the location is a bit outside of Bari, it turned out to be an asset, offering a more serene and relaxing environment. Plus, the charming neighbouring town of Polignano a Mare is easily reachable, adding to the allure of our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding hospitality, I cannot recommend Le Carasse highly enough!

We had an amazing time, while staying at Palazzo Cavì. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel is at a perfect place in the heart of the city, we could take short walks around the beach and the streets at night. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. We had amazing breakfast service as well, while having an amazing view of the city Mola di Bari. We got countless amount of help, and travel tips from the staff too.

Host was super lovely and adaptable! Washing machine was broken so they allowed us access to another apartment as it was empty just so we could do our washing. They made getting inside very easy and made sure everything was working. Crazy value for money and the apartments were lovely

Fantastic experience for a one night stay. We arrived late but Antonio was very helpful and allowed us to complete everything over whatsapp so we could check in to the accomodation on our own. Very clean and great location. Would stay again!

    We loved staying at Mola di Bari ... you can enjoy life in a traditional Italian village, that's not overrun by holiday visitors. Shops, restaurants, and the sea are all a short walk away from just about anywhere in the town. The waterfront area is beautiful to walk around in, and beaches to swim at are a very short distance away.

    Mola di Bari is a beautiful village centered around a large Piazza, with many shops and services all located within a short walking distance from the Piazza. You can enjoy life here in a typical Italian village that's not overrun with tourists, and that you can easily visit by train without requiring a car to get around.

    You cannot pass up this quaint town.

    You cannot pass up this quaint town. The food here is to die for. From the main dishes to the pastries. There are a few beach clubs. The one I recommend is Wonder Beach. They have a lovely pool and plenty of space to lay in the sun or just go in the clear ocean. They also have an awesome restaurant on premise.

    A small town that is surprisingly lively.

    A small town that is surprisingly lively. A great way to enjoy Bari while avoiding the big tourist crowds, but still close enough to famous touristic destinations such as Pogliano a Mare, which is easy to reach by train. Highly recommended if you are looking for a more laid-back experience.

    Mola is a wonderful town rich with culture.

    Mola is a wonderful town rich with culture. From the large piazza to the historical sites to their beautiful beaches, and their food, makes it hard not to want to return. If not renting a car, arrange rides with local drivers. They’ll be at your disposal and it is reasonably cost. It is located centrally in the region of Puglia and you can do day trips to many other places. I recommend Alberobello and Bari Citta. Don’t miss out.

    Mola di Bari is a beautiful town where we were able to experience typical Italian life. It's a medium-sized town (25,000 people) but actually feels much smaller because of its organization around a very large piazza right near the sea. This is not a location frequented by tourists ... we were able to enjoy great meals at nice restaurants without marked-up tourist prices and tourist crowds. We shopped at local vegetable and fruit stands, and encountered friendly and helpful people everywhere. The proloco (volunteer) organization, with an office in Palazzo Roberti (right on the main piazza) has an exhibit centering on the religious history of the area, and the people there were very helpful in explaining the history of the town as well as the main points of interest there (and even invited us on a tour of a church there). If you stay in the Centro Storico, it's very easy to walk everywhere, and even the train station is a short 10-min walk away, so you really don't need a car at all when visiting Mola.

    This is a gem of a place. Catia, my host, was there to meet me. She was so kind and generous with breakfast, snacks, etc. The BnB is lovely. It is completely self-contained, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. It is situated in the centre of Mola di Bari with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets just a few steps away. It is spacious and comfortable. If you are walking the Via Francigena, as I was, it is very close to the start and finish of stages. Catia has a stamp for pilgrim credentials. I loved it here.     What not to say: Excellent! Palazzo Cavì far exceeded our expectations! A superb location, just minutes away from the main piazza in Mola di Bari. The entire structure is thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. The hosts are young, driven, and truly focused on providing exceptional service. The place is run with passion and a clear commitment to making your stay simply unforgettable. The breakfast? Out of the ordinary! Fresh, delicious, and more like a generous brunch. ;)

Our new room was good, it was not directly in the city center as we booked actually. But Mola di Bari is not that big so within 10-min distance we were in the center.
