Everything we needed and more was provided. Anytime we needed help (e.g. Wifi hiccup) Eliana was quick to respond and solve the issue, we felt very looked-after at all times. Fantastic breakfast, adorable and so helpful staff, the room with view on the lake, the view from everywhere in the hotel. I highly recommend this place.
