The hotel is right on the beach. They have private beach area with chairs and umbrellas free for quests. Room was big enough, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was one of the best we have had - choice of local cheeses, hams, fresh fruits, fresh pastries etc.

This hotel has a magical location overlooking the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and the islands of Capri and Ischia. We were met by welcoming and gracious staff who took care of everything for us including a welcome beverage. We had noted that we were traveling with a pet and, therefore, the hotel gave us a room with a garden area for our dog to roam in. The view from the garden was spectacular. We stayed four nights and never left the hotel. The food and service were more than first class and the facilities take advantage of their unique location on the Sorrento peninsula. We would like to draw special attention to Salvadore, dining room staff, who made our experiences at lunch and dinner memorable. But, all of the service staff were exceptional in a friendly Italian way that made us feel welcome and at ease. We are already planning our next trip in 2023. The entire stay was far beyond our expectations.

The view, the staff, the food this place is such a hidden treasure. Make sure to get the complimentary shuttle the roads are very narrow and a taxi will not bring you all the way. The staff organised us to get a tour of capri and we were transferred by a speed boat it was the high point of the holiday

    Horrible! Crowded, and the traffic is insane. People drive as if they want to die. Reckless motorcycles everywhere. If you come from a place where traffic is organized and respectful, do not go there.

    This is an adorable and cozy little harbor community, that feels like Family. Overseen by Angelo and his family, who own the bar, alimentaria, and other key facilities, it is a congregated entertainment opportunities that allow you to stay and have everything you need right at hand! It has a beach, albeit a stone pier is the sum and total of the "Beach", it has boats to take you to Capri, it has bars, groceries, souvenir stores, and restaurants.

    Our stay at Ristorante Hotel La Primavera could not have...

    Our stay at Ristorante Hotel La Primavera could not have been better. The room and hotel were wonderful. The food was great. Best of all the service was 5 star! My wife and I were treated like special guests and family the entire time. Claudio, Nino, Luigi, and Marina and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. We will miss them and hope to see them one day again!

    We loved everything about this little resort.

    We loved everything about this little resort. Best to hire a car and trip around. Or scooters. You can’t do this place without one. And the staff helped us get one. They helped us with all our day trips and advice. The only thing I would say is the owner need softer mattress toppers as the beds were super hard. That’s all. This place is a must . We go there again if going to The Almafi Coast.

    Massa Lubrense is a beautiful place to visit for some lovely walks - make sure to walk the old roman road to Punta Campanella. However, avoid visiting by car as it is almost impossible to ever find anywhere to park!!

    My cousin and I stayed at La Lobre for three days this past...

    My cousin and I stayed at La Lobre for three days this past October, and what a lovely stay it was! The staff were all amazing, the accomodations were clean and well kept and spacious. I loved having an actual sit-down deck off our room with 2 chairs an a table. The food both in the morning and at night was simply amazing--traditional regional Italian food homemade at the inn, and served family style under the lemon trees in the evening. Much of it came from La Lobra's own gardens, which surround the inn. We walked around Massa Lubrense, along the road with it's remarkable views of the ocean , the harbor, with Capri,and Naples visble in the distance so scenic! Also, Pepe, one of the owner's sons , drove us (for a $70 fee) all the way from Positano--a breathtaking ride along the famous road, Wow. It was all simply delightful.

    The apartment is great - clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Massa Lubrense is a very nice and peaceful town, only a 20-minute bus ride from Sorrento. The location of the apartment is great, too - the bus stop, restaurants, and shops are just around the corner. Our host Valerio was amazingly kind. He even picked us up from the train station and helped us with our luggage. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

    Amazing place managed with care for nature and people by amazing owner Tullio. It's absolutely stunning to see the sunset over the Capri from the balcony, enjoy the phenomenal dinner made with love and served under the lemon trees or just to sense the nature surrounding this place. Tullio's attention to any question or request of the guest has been outstanding. If we plan another visit in that region of Italy - Agriturismo La Lobra will be our choice.

    Most peaceful location in rural Italy, with amazing trail walks to some beautiful little villages/ coast. Apartment was exceptional, very clean, fabulous facilities, sunset view, peace and quiet. Local bus servicec runs to Massa, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, should you not want to walk the trails....but car hire / moped hire suggested if using as a base to travel around more.

    This Villa sits in middle of a beautiful olive grove with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean see and the island of Capri. They had the most delicious breakfast of our Italy trip- everything was fresh and the host was really nice and made us feel extra special!
