Everything was excellent, especially the facilities for toddlers (our son was 14 months but had plenty toys to play). Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. It is a great hotel with small children. Also the New Year event was excellent with kids, as there was a lot of room for kids to play and they were not forced to sit at the table. The restaurant had excellent food and we enjoyed the breakfast too. The room was spacious and very clean and perfectly fit for a toddler, there were no dangerous items/furniture. Also the pool was wonderful, perfect temperature of the water for a toddler, and very relaxing. We liked that we had to do a reservation and it was never overcrowded. The massages I had were excellent. I liked the bathrobe in the room and the direct elevator to the pool. Also very clean sauna and steam bath. We will definitely recommend your hotel to other families or couples.

Clean, comfortable and well designed. Outstanding breakfast and super nice staff - either the local competition is very tough or simply the owners understand the value of customer satisfaction and promote it with their staff. Not economical but in line with the area and period of the year. Great covered parking with properly sized spots. Convention with a nearby ‘lido’ for beach stay, good value for the area. Last but not least, extra appreciation goes to Aurora for her great sense of humor and excellent cocktails 🍹 👍🏻

Hotel Medusa provided an amazing and proper experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating—when our air conditioner stopped working, they upgraded us to a beautiful room with a balcony! The service was excellent, and the overall stay was perfect. The new room made our experience even better, adding a special touch to our visit.

    Everything was a bit run-down and in need of restoration. The beaches and restaurants were almost entirely empty of people, so there was a a lack of excitement and "buzz" about the whole area. I might have expected this a month later, but not in September.

    Quite touristy in high season.

    Quite touristy in high season. It must be nice to go there just before or after it. Different entertainments are provided. Problems with parking in high seasons and controls by the city guards which can lead to penalties.

    Lovely beach.

    Lovely beach. It is clean with lifeguards but there are not enough free beaches. In the height of the season it must be impossible to get a space on one. The beach clubs are too extensive and expensive if you re using them alot.

    very nice place, great beach, all the access has to be paid - you have all the comfort you could need but you have to pay for it. Some has even swimming pool but the price is higher. Nice restaurants and sunbeds. in a weekdays in july very easy to park a car.

    Lido is remote people need a car - the beach is lovely but there is no town nearby restaurants were not always open especially at night - prices in lido are as high as Dublin for most things - would not recommend for anyone with limited walking

    Typical holiday destination. Lots of bars and restaurants Lovely atmosphere. Gets very busy. Good sandy beaches. Could extend the free beach a bit more as paying for beds / parasols etc on a daily basis could be expensive for some families. The village of Camaiore, Pietransanta, and Lucca are lovely and worth a visit.

    The breakfast was above expectation actually. A lot of choices in Italian sweet way. The staff were friendly and proffesional. We had 1 time dinner buffet in the hotel and it was also better than expected compare with some restaurants on the boulevard. The beach is in front of the hotel, advise is to reserve some beachchairs in busy periods. The swimmingpool was perfect although not many facilities for children. Pisa and Lucca are a short drive away.

    The staff were exceptional. They did not speak any English, though they were very patient with our minimal Italian and our Google translations. I couldn't fault the staff in any way, shape or form and helped us with everything we needed. The entire hotel was incredibly clean. It was a 5 minute walk from the nicest beach I have ever seen, and just a 20 minute walk from La Prima Estate festival.

    Nice family hotel next to the beach. All you need for some time by the sea. Breakfast was carefully prepared and more than expected for being continental. Helpful staff.
