This property was fantastic could not fault it! the location was great, as it had a ferry stop only a 10min all from the hotel. The room out onto the deck over the lake was stunning. The breakfast and bar and restaurant were superb along with the staff. Would be amazing to stay here in summer! The parking was good too and the staff helped us plan our day trips and even had bus tickets, nothing was any trouble. We had a beautiful stay and would return!

Absolutely outstanding stay. I could not fault it. The check in experience was the best of all of my 3 week stay in Europe, the customer service was just beyond exceeded any expectations. The breakfast I was the only guest, yet they went above and beyond for me. The room was beyond beautiful and just felt like heaven. The owner was incredibly generous with both his time, and assisting me when I had fallen ill. I cannot wait to go back and stay for a longer period.

We really liked this authentic house. To get to it, we had to walk along winding streets, but we liked it. Beautiful view of the lake from the top floor. The neighbors' houses were so close that you could hear someone's conversation, but this is Italy 🙂. The house was clean, the bed linen and towels too. Special thanks for the iron and ironing board. Also nearby, about 15 minutes' walk away, there is a shop, a nice beach, and a good restaurant. I definitely recommend this house.

    It was an amazing hotel!

    It was an amazing hotel! we wished we could have stayed longer. The only draw back was you had more than 60 steps to get to your room and no elevator. Not a lot of parking. But for the room and view we had it was worth the workout!!

    Lezzeno can be considered as a very quiet place and...

    Lezzeno can be considered as a very quiet place and convenient home base to stay if you are planning to visit lots of sites on the Lake. Car or bus will take 45 minutes to Como, 15 minutes to Bellagio, boat trips from Lezzeno as well to some very famous places on Lago di Como.

    Beautiful village, quiet and away from tourists fuss. Locals were lovely and welcoming. The village is small and clean, lots of lovely views. Perfect for a break and relaxation. There a a handful of small free beaches along the lake front and lots of spots to stop and admire the view.

    Lezzeno is not a big place, there is not much to see here,...

    Lezzeno is not a big place, there is not much to see here, but it is in a good location, so all the sights of Lake Como are easily accessible. The bus stops in several places in the village if someone arrived by public transport. And you can reach Bellaggio in minutes by car, where you can reach Como, Lenno, or the famous Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and Varenna by boat and ferry.

    Lezzeno is a sweet spot for Como Lake, close to Bellagio but not touristic, has a boat pier (this is mandatory), couple of restaurants and bars, a bank.. not much more but that's what you need to relax!

    Although there are few nice views of Lake Como, I would not suggest that you stay in Lezzeno. There were no shops or restaurants nearby. Something closer to or in Bellagio would be more advisable. Lezzeno seems to be more of a residential area. Be sure to take a bus ride to Bellagio. There is a ferry ride which takes you from Bellagio to other little tourist towns and this was beautiful. An absolute highlight day! The views of the beautiful lake and mountainous backdrop was quite breathtaking. But beware - the bus ride on the very narrow and windy roads, are nerve wrecking!

    Everything was absolutely fabulous, we just left and want to return already. Breakfast was top notch, staff are friendly, the restaurant out front is amazing and we had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The rooms are cozy and more than sufficient for a good night’s sleep. We were incredibly surprised by the hotel and would no doubt return again. 10/10

    The hotel has a good location, 10-15 min walking to the ferry, from where you can take a boat to Como, Lenno,Bellagio, and Menaggio. The hotel's restaurant has a nice lake view, but also good food. Our room had a small balcony from where we could enjoy the lake view, listen to the birds and the water. So relaxing 😊 The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a place to repite😊

    This hotel offers an AMAZING view of Como Lake. It's a perfect choice if you don't expect luxuries, just want to rest in a peaceful, adorable place. Hosts are really friendly and helpful when you need to get up or down the hill. Also great local homemade food in thier restaurant. We had a nice stay and definitely want to come back here again :)

    Rooms were superb, spotless and fresh with large balcony and superb bathroom. Staff were lovely , very friendly and welcoming (no easy task in such a tourist swamped area of Italy). Breakfast and dinners were delicious. Beach and area was lovely. Parking excellent. Cannot fault this property. We will be back!
