The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice including fresh cakes, croissants, pancakes, and fruits. The online check-in was a great feature and really helpful, as I arrived very late due to flight issues. The room was spacious, the hotel was quiet, and the spa was clean and good value for money.

A lovely hotel with great facilities and very nice staff. They have a very good restaurant. We had a wonderful view of Etna from our balcony. After some stressful driving in Sicily we enjoyed two quiet days by the pool.

Really comfortable apartment. Very spacious with a good location. Close to some restaurants and not that far by walk to the beach. Great communication with the host who explained everything to us and was quick to react to our messages. Only thing the AC didnt seem to cool enough, but we didn't really mind.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it truly felt like home. We’re very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place passed the test with flying colors! The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s perfect for families or groups (fits up to 6 people comfortably). The large balcony was a wonderful bonus, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help — she even left us some delicious cookies! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Giarre and neighbouring Riposto are unspoilt small towns with few tourists. We were the only foreigners wherever we ate. La Tavernetta was our favourite. The seafood market in Riposto was a perfect source for the meals we cooked in our suite. Driving in Sicily is fun as long as you copy the locals. Use Apple maps for navigation - Google maps was useless.

It's a small town by the sea...

It's a small town by the sea... It's not very "touristy" but it's a perfect base to visit Taormina, the etna, Catania. Overall I would say it's more convenient then charming! The fish market, the port, the local park with playground and some seafood restaurants made our stay in Giarre more than ok!

Giarre is not a great tourist attraction.

Giarre is not a great tourist attraction. However it is a great center for touring East Sicily. We found it very strange that Sicilians keep to their siesta even in winter. After sunset when it got very dark and a bit cold, we did not feel like going to a restaurant (they open at 6 or 7). So we cooked our dinners. Good for us, bad for them.

Real Dolce Vita feeling! This is how I could describe the week we spent here. The reception, the view, both towards Etna and Taormina, in the shade of the citrus trees with the fantastic cappuccino created by Andrea, it was simply heavenly. Lella outdid the impossible to prevent and solve any problem that arose, most notably a near Mission Impossible in relation to my daughter's health problem. Even next to the wonderful sights of Sicily, the greatest joy for me is that I got to know these two wonderful people!

Very beautiful and big accommodation close to the railway station of Giarre/Riposto (the station of the circumetnea railway is very close to this apartment). I especially liked the high ceilings and the paintings there. There was enough place for 5 persons in this accommodation. There were 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with the most important tools, a beautiful living room with television and three bed rooms. Two bed rooms were really amazing containing balconies.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, using it as our home base for day trips to Mount Etna and a nearby winery, as well as for leisurely days lounging by the pool. The breathtaking view of Mount Etna, surrounded by lush greenery and citrus trees, created a truly serene atmosphere. Our room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

It is set in a beautiful area in the country side. Has a wonderful restaurant on site which was very busy on our night stay (a Saturday night in July) however the food was delicous and the views and atmosphere were just perfect. Turned out to be one of our favorite stops while in Sicily - would definetly return and recommed. Parking on site, just a few steps away from the room. Breakfast was a nice buffet selection.
