The 180º views from the balcony, the view from the living...
The 180º views from the balcony, the view from the living room and master bedroom are great, but not perfect as you still had the backside of another apartment block and its roof in sight. Bringing your own bed sheets and towels (or renting it) is a let down at this price but we managed well with our own as we arrived in our own car. There is a construction site on an adjacent vacant property, generating the usual noise. Walks directly from the site are possible and very well signposted. The walk down to a little beach at the lake next to a sailing and rowing club is steep at first and then a bit daunting when you have to walk along the main road with fast traffic and no sidewalks for pedestriansGuest review byReinhardGermany

The villa itself and the surrounding park are beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was easy and convenient. The apartment is tastefully furnished and offers a stunning view of the lake. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the apartment is well furnished. Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths.
