There was an amazing view from the balcony. Of the available facilities, we appreciate the underground garage, electric milk frother, iron, washing machine. The area was quiet and peaceful. There was a swimming pool available on the premises, but we didn't use it. We didn't have to pay any deposit, even though such a required payment was mentioned in the conditions of stay. It was a nice surprise.

The apartment is located in a quiet, peacefull and safe location. Very well equiped. Perfectly clean. Air condition is available in every room. Free parking available in front of the building. Very comfortable beds. Stunning view from the balcony at Lake Como and surrounding mountains! Very friendly, helpfull host. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Our overall experience was fantastic. Location of the Hotel is great, however accessing the parking is not straightforward, but we recived proper instructions in advance. Great service, the staff were very kind and helpful! Definitely a recommended place to stay.

Everything was superb. Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

What a nice hotel, very lovely staff. The view is great. It’s located in a very great spot, the highlight of this hotel is breakfast, it has been the best included breakfast we’ve had in a hotel, parking is free as well.

    Gera Lario is a small village a bit removed from some of the busier tourist areas of Lake Como. Although you could swim anywhere along the lakeside, there is no comfortable swimming beach for families. The village has only a few restaurants and no significant grocery shops. Luckily there are other bigger villages nearby.

    Small quiet town, nice harbour with great views of lake como and mountains. Lots of water sports and biking and a couple of great restaurants. And easy accessible to more touristy parts of the lake and also for a drive into Switzerland.

    We loved the house, the garden, the location and especially...

    We loved the house, the garden, the location and especially the care with which Roberta and Alessio look after their house and surroundings. We would love to come back again to this amazing spot filled with ‘love’! The beach is at walking distance, the best pizza place of the lake is around the corner (Pizzeria Spluga). But the outdoor dining area kept us home most of the time as well 😜

    The flat is located in Gera Lario 3min from the shore of lake Como. It was great that the kitchen is very well quipedded, sleeping room stays cold during day and at night quiet, perfect to rest & sleep, as it's not directly at the main street of Lario. Whole flat was clean. There are a couple of bars and restaurants nearby in walking distance. The flat owner Andrea & Marina are very friendly and if necassery help any time. Grazie mille!
