Room we were eventually allocated( fault of Booking.com) .again the terrace we booked , eventually was huge and private.. seemed to be all new. Half board was excellent…. Choice always…… local produce… portion size huge. Private parking excellent Overall , brilliant value for money and a central location for touring Southern Salento.

Everything was good! The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable one we’ve had in our Italy travels. The villa was stunning & great parking as well. Pamela is a lovely host and she serves delicious breakfast in her cafe.

    The hosts were very friendly, accomodating and easily contactable. The appartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen & laundry facilities were excellent - we were travelling with our 8 month old so being able to prepare food and wash clothes was great. It's located right in the centre so easy for exploring Galatone - no parking available but there is a nearby piazza where you can park for free. Excellent value for money!

    Lovely location and superb pool area Be aware they have events nearly every night which can be a bit too much especially if it’s live music. Also there is no difference in parking between guests or the hotel and event guests. We ended up having to park furthest away in the dirt twice and then the lot was empty when we left in the morning. Would be great to have a dedicated guest parking

    Everything was perfect. Giuseppe is an amazing host and the apartment is a little treasure from 15th century. Super close to the beach (10 mins by car), Corte Merlata is a fully furnished apartment in the heat of historic Galatone.

    The location was amazing, very surprised with the town. The hotel exceeded the photographs, and breakfast was amazing. I thought they gave me too much food for the price I paid.
