The hotel has super interesting interior with cool furnishing. The room was big with all necessities in. The bed is big and comfy, pillows very soft, but that would not be a problem if people like soft ones. Breakfast was super nice, with sufficient varieties offered.

The hotel was very, very beautiful! Beautiful accessories and furniture. Rooms were bright and very clean (everyday cleaning). The bed and pillows were supercomfortable. It is very important to me because of my back problems. The hotel uses modern tech, touch screens almost everywere. Location was perfect. It was only 20-30 min walk to all top places. Breakfast was great. I liked the option that I could personalise my breakfast by ordering meal from the menu. The SPA was very nice and beautiful as well. Nice music, limited number of people at the same time. The SPA options were great. And, one of the biggest values of the hotel is staff. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Great team! I will definetly come back! This is a perfect place to stay in this beautiful city.

We had a wonderful stay. Our apartment is was located very close to the centre , approximately a 5 minute walk to to Ponte Vecchio . There are a lot of restaurants nearby and parking our car in a nearby garage was not a problem. The staff were very kind and organised it for us. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning and we were extremely pleased with our bedroom, our bed especially our pillow were nice and firm and the shower was very good. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful, friendly and made our stay very special.

    We loved our time in Florence.

    We loved our time in Florence. Food was amazing, and staff were welcoming. A down side were the huge queues to see the attractions and the (sometimes) confusing method of pre booking tickets to each location. Wonderful city to explore on foot and easy to get around. The Mercato Centrale is a must for foodies! Booking taxis can be a little tedious, so leave sufficient time if flying out. Beautiful experience. Will certainly return.

    What a beautiful city!

    What a beautiful city! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the kind people and the beauty of Firenze. We loved walking up to Piazzale Michelangelo (25 min walk) to participate in the sunset with muscians, booths and an incredible view of the city.

    There are iconic views of the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio and plenty to keep you occupied for a few days. Florence is overcrowded though, too many guided tours, too many queues and a little underwhelming.

    The most romantic and beautiful city you could ever imagine!

    The most romantic and beautiful city you could ever imagine! Great restaurants on every corner! Beautiful old buildings where the dome stands out as the most majestic an beautiful structure I've ever seen. Awestruck every time I turned the corner to see it standing there! And a cruise down the river with a skilled violinist really crowned our stay! We also went to the vineyards of Chianti for a double visit and winetasting. Beaytiful surroundings and really worth a visit. If you want to avoid standing in lines, book your various attractions online before arriving. 15 minutes was the most time we spend in a line. Gives you more time at some of the great indoor markets in Florence!

    The bed was one the most comfortable I have ever slept in. If you ever need recommendations for food in Florence, speak to Carlo. He gave us several, and we decided on one near the apartment. It was one of the best meals we have had in Italy. And that is saying something!!
