There is a bus service to Menagio, for the ferry to Bellagio, just up the hill which at times can be unreliable and you need to buy tickets from the bar near the bus stop before your journey. good pizza in a restaurant located together with a hotel. another good restaurant near marina, yet that one is rather expensive one. beach is easily accessible and there are paths for runners as well close to major attractions of Lake Como, worth considering travelling by bus. The view ist breathtaking and you can enjoy it from within or at the terrace or the large garden...or you simply walk down the stairs directly to the lake. Parking is just outside the house (ideal for high/large cars). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, if you don't want, try the fabulous pizza at the hotel restaurant nearby. The room was great, it, had a balcony with a view of the lake and the bathroom was clean and more spacious then I have seen in any hotel so far. The owner (Angel) does his name justice left fresh fruit and some drinks in the fridge to enjoy. And it is only six minutes walking from the lake side. There are a few public parking lots nearby if you're lucky, if not you can use a reserved one ~400m by foot in the via della Laga. You can see the como lake from the windows and the terrace. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room and a large bathroom, a coffee machine, lots of kitchen tools and a washing machine are also present.
