We had amazing time together with my sister. I highly recommend this nice place. Standard of cleaning is perfect. 🤗 All facilities in room was so nice. An air-conditioning worked perfect.I love electronic blinds outside on windows they make nice darkness even when is so sunny. Small fridge we use for make coold water and few other food. We very appreciate for all hard working staff. Veronica thank you for your warm kindness attention . Rita your advice about use bicycles and beach was absolutely 💯. We feel grateful. We will be memorised this nice beach and Adriatic Sea. Also we very appreciate for food. Breakfast was for us more than enough. it is also option buy dinner. Pizza which did Georgio is delicious 👍🔥 Thank you for all . We felt very comfortable and relax . I am grateful. I will be recommended this Villa Gentile for my family and friends for they holiday. Well, I could write a poem about this hotel and Cavallino in general. Perfect place to discover Venice, islands and the coast. Bikes are perfect to use here and hotel has them, even e-bikes. We are very grateful to Ilario and Ulrike who made our stay unforgettable. They were very hospitable and helpful, gave a lot of useful tips. Rooms are very clean, comfy and sound proof. Breakfast is much better than in most Italian hotels, and the restaurant itself is one of the best in the area. As for Cavallino, the must-DOs are - cycle around, boat trip from Treporti to Burano/Torcello, Caorle.

It's a great spot if you're looking for a more laid-back, nature-oriented alternative to the busier Lido di Jesolo or Venice itself. The coastline is long, sandy, and family-friendly. It’s well-maintained and less crowded than many Italian seaside spots, making it perfect for relaxing or taking long walks by the water. On the lagoon side, it's all about nature. You’ll find salt marshes, birdwatching opportunities, and peaceful cycling paths—especially scenic at sunrise and sunset. It is just a short vaporetto (waterbus) ride away from Venice, departing from Punta Sabbioni. This makes it a smart base if you want to explore Venice by day but sleep somewhere more relaxed and affordable.

    Cavallino Treporti is a very relaxing and natural area in the lagoon not too far from the boats to Venice. It is an area of tranquillity and to fully enjoy the experience , cycling should be the main transport. Treporti is a lovely village with a fabulous restaurant and the most friendly people. I would love to go back one day.

    If you don't already know this place, don't go.

    If you don't already know this place, don't go. The community around there won't support you. It's just a vast trailer park with terrible traffic near a beach in which you can't swim for most of the year. Not worth it.

    It was our 10th stay in Cavallino as we falled in love with...

    It was our 10th stay in Cavallino as we falled in love with this place. After various Spain/Croatia/Egypt/Turkey/Greece vacations we finally found our dream destination. Cavallino is mainly camping heaven so we took advantage of it and booked quite an opposite = appartments. So we have zero tourist night promenade nonsense and enjoy quiet nature with acceptable beach numbers /like 6 rows of umbrellas/. We enjoy water/wave barriers as relaxing place to sit for hours. We recommend nearby port for access to Venice every year /lifehack for getting directly to St.Marco square superfast avoiding human ants/.

    For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect.

    For us (a couple) this accommodation was just perfect. It was perfectly convenient even without a car, so also appropriate for sustainable tourism. We arrived by train from Viena in almost 8 hours straight at Venice. Then a wonderful trip with the Vaporetto (1, 2 and 7 day passes all Vaporetto combinations to several islands and Venice included) to the island treporti. The appartment is by bike (possible to rent on the island) 10 minutes away from a rally nice, long and gratis beach which is also perfectly suitable for kids because not deep at all and very calm water. A supermarket is also in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking. A lot of bike paths nearby which drove us to the nicest places with the nicest sunsets:-). With the Vaporetto 15 minutes by foot away from the apartment we were in 15 minutes in very nice burano, in 50 minutes in Murano and in almost 1 hour in Venice. Venice is incredible nice but full of people, so for us it was perfect to stay in a much more peaceful place to go to relax after sight seeing and the ship experiences to go from one place to another also incredible!

    Place is so nice and quiet, enough activities to keep you busy or just to lay on the beach and enjoy the sea without being disturbed! Would def recommend and come back! Strong and quality mosquito repellent is an absolute must in the afternoon/evening. Absolutely loved we could explore different beaches and places by the bikes provided by the accommodation! You can also rent bikes from a lot of places and as the infrastructure is well set up to be accessible by bike plus you could try the peninsula tours by bike if the weather is no too hot, there are some nature focused trails set up! Prices are reasonable for food in most places - we spent an average of 50€ /dinner main course and drinks. Favourite place we found is Fugo Grill & Restaurant for dinner. Loved the dog beach where there were less people and really cute furry faces around! It was an extremely clean beach and pet companions were very clean and attentive to their dogs. We did not book any water sports or such, but there were some options near. Bring SUP if you can, water is calm enough to enjoy paddle boarding!

    Very helpful and kind staff. The location was right at the beach. We were upgraded to sea view room and we were very pleased. Very good breakfast. Parking was free and well organised. They gave us parking permit so we could park on the blueline near hotel. It was easy to visit Venice. We could definitely stay at the hotel again
